The GE 12730 is an in wall Zwave Fan Speed controller, offering local and Zwave remote control of ceiling fans. The 12730 features 3 speeds - hi, medium and low, as well as off.
The switch must be hard wired including neutral connection. For 3 way, 4 way, add GE part# 12723 remote switch.
This switch does NOT control fan lights.
